As a designer driven by creative problem-solving, Iām always exploring ways to make fashion not just sustainable, but also functional and adaptable. This glowing tote bag prototype was created to support campers and the elderly in finding items in the dark an overlooked everyday challenge. Made from cotton and infused with charging and glowing compounds, the bag absorbs daylight and naturally illuminates at night, removing the need for external light sources. The outer shell works like a solar panel, while puff paint details enhance its aesthetic because practical design should never be boring. Although my main focus is on convertible garments that reduce waste and optimize versatility, I also enjoy developing products like this: flexible, multi-functional, and full of character.
